- Add all ingredients to shaker with ice. Shake and fine strain into chilled glass.
- Garnish with a lemon disc.
- Ramsbury Estate honey syrup:
- Add equal parts of honey (250g) and water (250ml) in a small saucepan and heat until the honey is completely dissolved. Cool and store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated).
